All Students must obtain a temporary instruction permit from dmv before REGISTERING FOR ANY CLASS!

minor students (14 yr.to 17yr)*
* original or state certified birth certificate (no photocopies)
* social security card
* school enrollment form- student must be at least in the 8th grade
*original or court certified custody papers  (if any)
*legal custodial/domiciliary parent/guardian with their driver's license or state id card 

Adult Students (18 years old and older)*
* ​Original or State Certified Birth Certificate (no photocopies)
* Social Security Card
* Proof of Residence  (two proofs of residency if applying for real ID)

*as of june 1, 2022, 38 hour course $500.00; 14 hour course $400.00;the course price does not include the road skills test fee $60.00*
